Franklin High School is thrilled to announce Gabrielle Hood as the new Head Coach.

A 2018 alumna of Alverno College, Coach Hood arrives with an exceptional athletic pedigree and a relentless drive to elevate every athlete she leads. During her collegiate career, she became the program’s all-time leader in assists, ranked 4th in career rebounds, and finished 7th in total points scored—a reflection of her versatility, vision, and competitive spirit. She most recently served as an assistant coach at Racine Case High School, where she helped shape a strong, disciplined, and high-performing basketball culture.

Coach Hood has expressed her excitement to collaborate closely with the Franklin Youth program, aiming to build a unified, forward-thinking system that will propel Sabers Basketball to unprecedented levels of excellence.
