• Cash Sales will no longer be accepted at the door. 

• A poster with a QR code will be displayed at the entrance to assist with online ticket purchases.

• Gold Passes will be honored for all regular-season home games. However, they are not valid for WIAA Tournament games.

This form offers two options: “Single Occurrence” or “Entire Season.” We recommend selecting the “Entire Season”option for convenience.

All players are expected to travel to away games on the team bus.

If a JV1 or JV2 player will not be returning to FHS on the bus, a completed Release & Request for Private Transportation form must be submitted to the appropriate coach before the team departs.

Varsity players are required to return to FHS on the bus, unless prior arrangements have been approved. In such cases, a completed Release & Request for Private Transportation form must also be submitted to the Varsity coach in advance.
