Through communication and mutual respect, we will create a working partnership with the Franklin area community to establish an educational youth basketball program for young girls within the Franklin School District.  This youth program is intended to develop the physical, emotional, and mental needs of our young girls through participation in the game of basketball.  In order to accomplish this, we will stress the following three concepts:

1. Fundamental Skill Development
2. Incorporating Teamwork
3. In a Competitive Environment that Fosters Sportsmanship

We will maintain a positive and fun environment for every child involved while enjoying the competitive spirit of the game.
